The art of wrist spinning was seeking an interview with an undertaker when a wizard came in the form of Abdul Qadir and weaved magic and life into it. Abdul Qadir blended the craftiness of a spinner with a natural aggressiveness and send down havoc on the batsmen. One of the golden moments in spin bowling history came when Abdul Qadir careered through the visiting team England's batting lineup in Lahore in 1987-88.
