Rana Naved-ul-Hasan

Full name Rana Naved-ul-Hasan
Born February 28, 1978, Sheikhupura, Punjab
Major teams Pakistan, Allied Bank, Herefordshire, Lahore Division, Pakistan Customs, Sheikhupura Cricket Association, Sussex
Batting style Right-hand bat
Bowling style Right-arm medium-fast

Rana Naved-ul-Hasan made his international debut as a right-arm fast-medium bowler in Sharjah immediately after the Pakistan's disastrous outing in the 2003 World Cup. He is a very talented bowler, and has emerged as one of Pakistan's strike bowlers along with Shoaib Akhtar. He has taken 16 wickets in 8 Tests and 77 wickets in 45 ODIs. However, with Pakistan churning out so many quality pace bowlers, Rana Naved-ul-Hasan finds it difficult to cement a permanent place in the side. He has also played county cricket in England and is a regular with Sussex along with compatriot Mushtaq Ahmed. Cricketscorelive.com provides the profile of Rana Naved-ul-Hasan and other cricketers around the world.
