Vusi Sibanda is an opening batsman for Zimbabwe. He is a protégé of the famous Zimbabwe Cricket Academy. He represents Midlands in the Zimbabwe Logan Cup. He has a good technique and can play the ball well off his front foot, but often throws his wicket away due to poor shot selection. He made his debut against West Indies in 2003, but has never been very impressive in the international circuit. He has been lucky to remain in the side as many of the top players have rebelled and so are out of the side, making place for him.
